Shifting and Transforming
a Traditional Offline
Recruitment Process

Situation:

With its leading MT program, the Graduate Trainee Program or GTP, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia used to conduct its recruitment process on an entirely offline basis. Amid the pandemic, where people are prioritising online activity, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia wanted to shift its recruitment process to become all-online, i.e. its One Day Virtual Recruitment Process. We helped CCEP Indonesia to assist with the ODVRP, beginning with the written online test, leaderless group discussion (LGD) and roleplay.

Objectives:

The aim of the GTP program is to hire Indonesian talent in the field of sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance. Kalibrr was entrusted to run 3 batches of ODVRP, with thousands of candidates participating in each batch. Kalibrr is expected to provide CCEP Indonesia with the best and most qualified candidates who will be perfectly suitable for each position in GTP.

Our Approach:

With more than 2 million Indonesian candidate databases from diverse fields, Kalibrr can provide high-quality, trusted, and ready-to-hire talent. We worked to transform the client’s recruitment process into an all-online recruitment process. Equipped with our assessment package, we offered Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia a comprehensive set of tests to discover the best potential in each candidate. In addition, we also successfully raised the awareness of this program through our social media campaign activations.

Kalibrr managed the administration process for the written test and collaborated with several qualified assessors to help screen candidate applications through leaderless group discussion and roleplay. From inviting the candidates, arranging the right assessment for the written test, giving the candidates clear and comprehensive instructions for the whole recruitment process, and facilitating a professional assessor for the LGD session, all done virtually within one day, we strived to help CCEP Indonesia maintain a positive candidate experience for this program.

Results:

Kalibrr succeeded in helping Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia manage more than 2,000 candidates and select 307 shortlisted candidates within the period of the three ODVRPs. Moreover, we also received positive feedback from the candidates, who expressed that their candidate experience in ODVRP was very helpful and that the online recruitment process was well organised.
